Since 2006, Orchid has been dedicated to maintaining a calm and exclusive atmosphere through a set of simple guidelines that reflect our unique concept. Just as we prioritize an adults-only environment, discourage loud groups, and request reservations in advance, we also have a policy regarding appropriate swimwear, as our space is centered around poolside relaxation.
This policy is part of the overall experience we’ve designed and is not directed at any particular group or belief. It simply aligns with the intimate and tranquil ambiance our guests have come to appreciate over the years.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
- Hotel Standard check-in time is 18:00 hours and check-out time is 16:00 hours.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Peak Season (July and August):
- All bookings are non-refundable if cancelled 21 days or less before the date of arrival.
- A 50% refund applies for cancellations received between 21 and 28 days before the date of arrival.
- Free cancellation applies if cancelled 28 days or more before the date of arrival.
Outside Peak Season:
- In the event of a no-show, a fee equivalent to one night’s room charge will be charged to your credit card.
- A 50% refund applies for cancellations received 7 days before the date of arrival.
- A 75% refund applies for cancellations received between 7 and 14 days before the date of arrival.
- Free cancellation applies if cancelled 14 days or more before the date of arrival.
The same cancellation policy applies to booking modifications.
PAYMENT TERMS POLICY
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at check-in.
- Applicable taxes (VAT) are included in the price.
- An extension of stay at the hotel will be offered at the rate/offer applicable at the time the extension request is made. If the original offer has expired, the hotel is not liable to offer a room at the original rate but at the current rate on offer.
- Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or modification.
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- No gatherings or parties of any nature are allowed in the room.
- All reservations are non-transferable.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to guests due to their conduct, behavior, or for any other safety and security reasons.
- Guests are not allowed to bring food or beverages from outside into the hotel.
- All hotel property and valuables must be properly maintained and not damaged or destroyed.
- Your valuables can be stored in the safety deposit box in your room.
- Lost property found on the premises will be logged and kept in a secure location for a period of three (3) months. After this period, items will either be disposed of or donated to charity.
- The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of vehicles parked in the parking area.
- Valet parking is at the guest’s own risk. The hotel will not be accountable for any valuables lost from such parked vehicles.
- The hotel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this website immediately.
