CANCELLATION POLICY
- Hotel Standard Check-in time is 18:00 hours and check-out time is 16:00 hours.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Peak Season (July and August):
- All bookings are non-refundable 21 days before date of arrival.
- 50% refund applies on cancellation received between 21 days and 28 days before date of arrival.
- Free cancellation applies 28 days before date of arrival.
- Outside Peak Season:
- In the event of no-show, a fee of one night’s room charge will be charged to your credit card.
- 50% refund applies on cancellation received 7 days before date of arrival.
- 25% refund applies on cancellation received between 7 days and 14 days of date of arrival.
- Free cancellation applies 14 days before date of arrival.
PAYMENT TERMS POLICY
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
- Applicable Taxes – VAT are included in the price.
- An extension of stay at the Hotel is liable to be offered at rate/offer applicable at the time the extension request is made. In case the original offer at which the reservation was booked has expired at that time, the hotel is not liable to offer a room at the original rates but at current rates on offer.
- Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or any change.
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room.
- All reservations are not transferable.
- Hotel reserves the right to turn away guests from the Hotel due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety and security reasons.
- Guests are not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside into the Hotel.
- All the assets and valuables of the Hotel should be maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed.
- Your valuables can be stored in a safety deposit box in your room.
- Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for a period of three (3) months. Thereafter items are either disposed of or donated to charity.
- The Hotel is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the parking area.
- Valet parking is always at the Guest’s risk. Hotel will not be accountable for loss of any valuables from such parked vehicles.
- The Hotel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- The Hotel is for adults use only.
- Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.
- All our rooms are fit for a maximum occupancy of two persons.
- All our rooms are non-smoking.
